Randy & Karen Erwin
Randy and I moved to Lake Havasu City in 1991 to be able to enjoy life in the desert, warm weather and of course the lake (moving from the beach area). Randy actually was water skiing on this lake in 1958.
His background in construction started in 1971. His father was a general contractor in California and Randy followed his footsteps and received his General Contractors License.
Paradise Homes of Havasu, Inc. has been building Homes in the Tri-State Area since 1995. We feel it is very important to build your dream home with great quality and excellent customer service.

Scott Erwin
I moved to Lake Havasu City with my parents from Laguna Niguel, California in 1991. I was in 2nd grade at Nautilus Elementary. I graduated from Lake Havasu High School in 2003 and went on to college in Henderson, Nevada. I graduated with a degree in CAD drafting in September 2005.
Since moving back to Lake Havasu City I joined my family and the team at Paradise Homes of Havasu, inc. to help expedite all drafting projects.
